RACHEL EVANS

The Rise of Social Media Fashion

What a wonderful age we live in. These days fashion is literally at our finger tips with new apps allowing us to shop straight from our favourite fashionista's Instagram photos. If you're signed up to Like To Know It then all you have to do is like your favourite Instagram photos with www.liketk.it links and you'll receive an email with product details ready to shop. So now it really couldn't be easier to steal their style!

Social media is a wonderful place to get fashion inspiration and i'm often influenced by the people I follow. With this in mind, here's a selection of my favourite Instagram icons with unique style and wardrobes to die for. Go follow, you can thank me later!

Miroslava Duma is a Russian entrepreneur and founder of digital company Buro 24/7 and it's fashion and lifestyle platform buro247.com. This pint sized fashion chameleon is admirably audacious when it comes to dressing and she manages to rock the most daring looks from the catwalk. Favouring bold colours and silhouettes, Miroslava is rarely seen in a 'normcore' look. Her go-to designers are Louis Vuitton, Valentino, JW Anderson, Delpozo and Loewe for their colourful and fun interpretations of fashion. She might only be petite but she certainly packs a punch in the fashion stakes with a luxury designer wardrobe that would make anyone green with envy.

Camille Charriere is a Parisian fashion journalist and creative consultant living in London. The willowy blonde is an expert in effortless layering and she usually adopts a neutral palette of oversized coats, chunky knit sweaters and cropped trousers with equally cool arm candy. She's been sporting the over sized sleeve trend recently, of which i'm a big fan. This girl would probably make a bin bag look chic but that's what you get for having the physique of a supermodel. Favouring brands such as Acne, Celine, Chloe, Suno and Rag and Bone, Camille is definitely one of the cool kids but what else would you expect from a Parisian!

@candelanovembre

Candela Novembre is a Milan based street style star whose Instagram feed is as pretty and stylish as she is. A regular on the front row, Candela strikes a perfect balance of lady like and boyish, elegant with a playful twist. Often dressed in big names such as Marni, Fendi and Celine, Candela isn't afraid to experiment with fashion and she regularly pulls off bold colours and clashing prints paired with fun accessories. Quirky sunglasses and statement bags are wardrobe staples of hers. Nonetheless each look is perfectly polished and finished off with her chic signature chin length bob, one to rival Ms Wintour herself.

Patricia Manfield is a Milan based Fashion Business student and creator of The Atelier lifestyle blog. The Italian beauty is a regular street style favourite at Fashion Week and at just 22 she has already achieved notable fashion status. Patricia describes her style as eclectic - Italian heritage with a British influence due to a short time spent at Central St Martins in London. She likes to mix high end runway pieces with unique vintage finds and prefers not to follow trends too closely, making sure her individuality shines through. She is a fan of Ralph Lauren, Kenzo, Stella McCartney and Italian favourites Versace and Missoni. She also admits to being denim obsessed and is usually rocking a pair of J Brand jeans!

On top of all this she also manages to find the time to attend The University of Sydney where she is completing her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law. Margaret has worked with major brands including Swarovski, Clinique, Lexus and Louis Vuitton and her creative talents have been employed by the likes of Harper's BAZAAR, Marie Claire and Elle. Margaret's style is creative and unique, mixing oversized and OTT pieces with more wearable styles. She nails it after dark as well, usually favouring sharp tailoring or a killer evening gown. Big name brands you'll often see her in are Louis Vuitton, Tibi, Alexander Wang, Givenchy and Senso to name a few. No matter what it is though, nobody wears it quite like she does.
