It’s finally here! London is finally hosting its SS15 fashion shows so we thought we’d let you in on the fashionable facts and offerings this year has to offer!

London Fashion Week was officially opened at Somerset House on Monday by Net-a-Porter founder Natalie Massenet in her position as the British Fashion Council's Chairman. London’s icons Vivienne Westwood, Paul Smith and Burberry are all ready to go and news that this year’s London Fashion Week is set to be the most digital to date, due to £10.7 billion being spent online by those in the UK is causing even more excitement to fashion lovers worldwide. The British fashion Council and its London designers are unwavering in their ambition to become the forefront in the ever growing technological fashion world.

If you can’t attend Topshop Unique’s show then don’t fret because you can view the designs before those on the front row! The brand are debuting selected looked only on Facebook with six pieces from the collection being available to purchase as soon as the show is over! Everything that true fashion lovers want luxury fashion available straight away. Designers such as Burberry, House of Holland and Hunter Original have also got digital tricks up their sleeves to ensure they showcase their collections and make them as accessible as soon as possible to their worldwide customer base, therefore making it easier to actually watch (and then buy the clothes) from home rather than on the front row.

The opening show was JJS Lee on Monday and this week we will see exciting arrivals from designers such as NY-based Brit brand Marchesa. The designing duo, Georgina Chapman and Kerin Craig have moved their show to British soil to celebrate their 10th anniversary. Further shows by Tom Ford, Matthew Williamson, Mulberry and breakout designers such as Helen Louise Lawrence and Ashley Williams add to the increasing excitement of fashions notoriously cool fashion week.
